Business Analyst

Business Analyst at HSPI S.p.A. (part of the TXT Group).

HSPI S.p.A. provides services in Business Consulting, IT Governance and Digital Innovation.

We are expanding our team in Rome and looking for a Business Analyst who will work in a hybrid mode and support high‑profile clients in both national and international contexts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and re‑engineer the client’s business processes.
• Review and optimise the client’s organisational model.
• Support the client in managing digital transformation programmes.
• Assist in implementing ERP information systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, etc.) covering the analysed processes, in line with industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Strong ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in management consulting, business‑process analysis and/or organisational design.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields.
