As an HR Business Partner Plant Manufacturing you will report to the HRBP Function Director Global Manufacturing in the HR department based in Procia for a permanent contract.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands‑on and proactive HR Business Partner, with experience in industrial environments and a strong presence on the shop floor. The selected candidate will work daily within the plant, closely supporting the plant manager, production managers and operational teams, ensuring timely and effective HR support. The role requires autonomy, execution speed, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic setting.

What will you do?

  • Implement HR policies and processes directly within the manufacturing site, in line with Group guidelines
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support to production managers (e.g. turnover, performance, labor relations, recruitment)
  • Act as the first point of contact for administrative HR topics (e.g. time tracking, payslip questions, documentation), filtering and redirecting requests to the Center of Expertise Payroll or relevant functions
  • Collaborate with the central HR team and local departments on HR projects
  • Monitor HR KPIs and support reporting activitiesContribute to continuous improvement and organizational development initiatives within the manufacturing area
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations

What do you bring?

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Practical mindset, flexibility, and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital HR tools
  • Experience in structured manufacturing organizations
  • Knowledge of SAP HR or other HRIS systems
  • Experience in dealing with labor unions or external stakeholders
