About the Role

Vivid is expanding into Italy and seeks a native Italian‑speaking Sales Account Executive to drive growth of our business banking division. You will promote and sell business accounts to SMEs, freelancers, and small/medium business owners in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Your Mission

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new customer accounts.
  • Proactively support customers in using Vivid products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction.
  • Help customers onboard to fully utilize our services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products.
  • Assist in cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives to meet revenue goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance.

Your Profile

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or related field (or relevant professional experience).
  • Experience in account management, ideally in FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑centric approach.
  • Analytical thinking with a structured and results‑oriented work style.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
  • High self‑motivation and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
