About the Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to relocate and support an international brand abroad! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing and technical issues.
  3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in Italian and English.
  2. Customer-focused with a positive empathetic and professional attitude.
  3. Basic computer literacy and comfortable with CRM systems or support tools.
