Job Description :

  • Carries out Reservation / Booking, Ticket Sales, Information and Passenger (Operations) (Check-in, Manifest preparation) services at the Airport Office.
  • Provides information to passengers regarding schedules and fares for routes and ensures proper coordination.
  • Performs reservation / booking for passengers at the counter.
  • Issues tickets for Domestic and International flights, MCOs (Manual Change Orders), Excess Baggage Tickets; makes changes to these tickets; and processes related to their return.
  • Performs Endorsement and Rerouting procedures.
  • Welcomes aircraft; coordinates and communicates with crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic control, customs, and immigration.
  • Ensures all daily flight documents are prepared accurately; places orders for daily catering services; and maintains records related to flights.
  • Handles reservation / booking; files post-flight documents correctly; and conducts statistical analysis of flight coupons.
  • Manages lost baggage processes by locating and delivering baggage to owners, coordinating with handling agents, and following compensation procedures if necessary.
  • Reports and registers operational income, costs, financial data, and statistical information in systems like SAP, ERP, DOP as required by management.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree or at least a high school diploma
  • Reside permanently in the respective country (The Company does not provide or assist with work permits)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in civil aviation or tourism
  • Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations
  • Excellent command of English and local languages
  • Availability to work shifts, including overnight
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of major Computer Reservations Systems (Troya or Quickres is a plus)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Ability to make accurate and effective decisions
