Mission

Animate and support the execution of local marketing & communication initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands‑on experience across multiple channels and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing local marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create engaging content for trade media and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Support the production of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email newsletters, and promotional content
  • Coordinate with local media outlets, vendors, and community partners for advertising and promotional opportunities
  • Help organize and promote local events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization
  • Maintain the local marketing comm. calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activities
  • Assist with photography and basic video content creation for marketing purposes
  • Respond to local customer inquiries through social media and other communication channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in local language
  • Fluency in English is a must; Spanish or French is considered a plus
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Creative mindset with enthusiasm for storytelling and brand building
  • Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent cooperation, listening & capacity to synthesize
  • Teamwork & Transversal group working ability
  • Strong understanding of the Customer & Market orientation
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across various departments
  • Willingness to travel to work directly with sales teams and understand the local market
