Assistant GM

Unidos A Latin Kitchen & Bar is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. We re a lively, community-focused restaurant celebrating Latin flavors with a modern twist. Our Assistant GM will play a key role in driving great service, supporting our staff, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily operations, service flow, and staff performance
• Lead pre-shift meetings, motivate the team, and foster a positive culture
• Monitor guest experience, ensuring high service standards at all times
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and financial targets
• Coordinate private events, promotions, and community engagement opportunities
• Step in as acting manager when GM is away

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience in a full-service restaurant (Assistant GM, AGM, or FOH Manager level)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to manage financial goals, including labor and COGS
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not required
