Social Media Manager

Overview

With Futura, we use artificial intelligence to make people learn faster. Through our brand, Accademia dei Test, we are leaders in preparing for university entrance tests and public competitions in Italy. We're rapidly scaling, and have recently secured our €14M series A funding (the biggest in Italy for an Edtech startup), with which we will prioritize expanding into new fields. We believe we can become the biggest European Edtech player in the coming decade.

Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator for one of our most important verticals within the Futura Edtech family: Accademia dei Test Concorsi. The channel is dedicated to our students who want to access to Italian Armed Forces (Polizia di Stato, Carabinieri, Vigili del fuoco, Guardia di Finanza, Esercito, Polizia Penitenziaria). The right person need to perfectly master the topic after a short time with us.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and creative social media strategy spanning platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and more.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging, on-brand content to captivate our audience and spark meaningful interactions.
• Be the main point of contact between Marketing and Business for Accademia dei Test Concorsi
• Monitor social conversations, respond to inquiries, and leverage insights to continuously optimize performance. We think community management is key to success.
• Manage social advertising and creators partnerships to amplify brand awareness and lead generation.
• Generate scripts for video content and then shoot them with our creative team.
• Analyze social media metrics, reporting on the impact and ROI initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling, creative on-brand content.
• Eager to learn and “own” Forze Armate topics.
• Extensive experience in successfully engaging audiences.
• Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Proficient in social media management tools.
• Familiarity with audio/video tools to create and edit content.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Talent for spreading good vibes.
