Overview

Join our project team

Supporting Africa Tunisia and Morocco from Florence you will be responsible for Project Management / Planning / Coordinating activities in production and services to fulfill customer orders according to financial / commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggesting improvements in products processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • All activities related to the supervision organization and execution of a service project including scope time contract cost & quality management.
  • Project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control to fulfill customer requirements
  • Working together with senior level people from the business Specifying needs communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done.
  • Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
  • Handling diverse clients in the region on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in the role you will have :

  • Bachelors degree
  • Considerable experience in Services and Project Management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
