We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Export Manager to develop and grow our international sales network. As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our global presence, managing key international accounts and establishing long‑term partnerships with distributors, retailers and other B2B customers. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship building skills and the ability to operate in fast moving, multicultural environments. The role aims to increase volumes in countries not directly managed by local subsidiaries, ensuring profitable growth and full compliance with internal commercial policies.

Native / bi‑lingual Italian speaker fluency in English is a must. Internationally minded. Solid experience of in‑market brand / product marketing / digital across all elements of the marketing mix. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop local brand strategy and plans. Experience in communication development and media planning across multiple channels. Excellent understanding of cross functional working to deliver products to market.

Reports to the Commercial Director Italy. Based in Milan office, with a hybrid working model and occasional international travel for fairs, business meetings, or partner visits.
