Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and engaging with followers. This role requires maintaining a cohesive and consistent brand image aligned with our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, editing, and proofreading social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
• Editing content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Developing and managing social influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) programs, including outreach, collaboration, and relationship management.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience 3+ years as in social media management. Must be supported by a relevant portfolio showcasing past social media work.
• Excellent copywriting and creative content development skills (text, image, and video).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate before starting the role.
