We are looking for an licensed optician (ottico / a abilitato) part-time for our store in Florence.

Your role will include :

• Conducting eye exams and providing contact lens consultations;
• Offering customers the best advice in choosing suitable products for their needs;
• Managing daily store activities professionally and according to company procedures;
• Handling returns, orders, shipments, payments, and complaints professionally.

You should have some work experience, even brief, in retail or in a role involving customer contact.
