Responsibilities
- Analysis of AS IS and future state
- Build, maintain and implement strategy plan for the area
- Performance management of the process area including defining, monitoring and providing programs to improve the KPIs and PIs
- Creation and management of the competence center within the process area
- Responsible for kaizen events within the area
- Quantitative approach with use of toolbox – Six Sigma / Lean
- Embeds engineering skills directly into the manufacturing value stream
- Enables faster decision‑making and deeper infusion process ownership and knowledge
- Develop standardized manufacturing processes and tool solutions
- Develop, maintain and deliver user‑focused manufacturing documentation to the factories
- Ensures repeatability and scalability across internal and external sites
- Attracts and retains highly skilled engineering talent with advanced technical proficiency
- Builds a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
- Engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality, and to develop your area of expertise
Qualifications
- University degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Gold level Six Sigma or Advanced Manufacturing Process Analysis
Experience
- +10 years of experience in similar roles
- Prior experience leading a team of specialists within process engineering or a team of highly skilled employees
- Lived in a data & quality driven manufacturing culture
- Built a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
- Worked in a culture where people’s development is high on the agenda
- Composite materials knowledge, understanding of fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resins, and other materials used in production

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with clear and effective communication skills

- You find it exciting and interesting to work with other people in a large organization and can build up an intensive network across cultures and time zones and work with stakeholders
