The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of pal/depal machines (including inca & deca) within the beverage and food industries. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to provide tailored solutions to customers, ensuring alignment with Sidel’s product portfolio and strategic objectives.

Your Mission

  • Developand execute sales strategies for pal/depal machines in alignment with the productroadmap;
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with key accounts, andmaintain strong sales force relationships;
  • Providetechnical consultation to sales force, understanding customer processrequirements and recommending optimal solutions;
  • Prepareand deliver technical presentations, support proposals and quotationspreparation;
  • Collaborateclosely with Product Management, Engineering teams to ensure customerrequirements are met;
  • Monitormarket trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to informproduct development and positioning;
  • Supportcontract negotiations and contribute to the overall growth of the Pal/Depalbusiness.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • Provenexperience in technical sales, preferably within the packaging or beverage;
  • Knowledgeof pal/depal machines andrelated processes is a plus;
  • Excellentcommunication, and presentation skills;
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a cross-functional team;
  • Fluentin Italian and English; French is a plus;
