Your role

Are you a target-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills? Do you excel at translating complex market information and spreading enthusiasm about the markets? We are looking for someone like you to :

• Participate in the coverage of Client Advisors across cross-asset Structured solutions.
• Ensure proactivity and proximity to client advisors, providing best-in-class solutions and service.
• Offer actionable investment ideas based on the CIO House View and UBS Research, considering product suitability.
• Handle daily business activities : trade execution, process management, efficiency improvements, and customer service enhancement. Identify sales opportunities, coordinate efforts, and monitor outcomes.
• Specialize in delivering risk management solutions for clients with strategic shareholdings, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the desk's overall activities.

You will be working in the Unified Global Markets (UGM) Italy Team based in Milan. The team covers client advisors in Italy and Luxembourg across all Wealth Management segments for Cross-asset (Equity, Fixed Income, and Commodities) derivatives and structured solutions. You will operate in a fast-paced, demanding, and challenging environment within a highly motivated team.

Your expertise

• A master's degree; CFA or CIIA qualification is a plus.
• Experience in Capital Markets, with a strong background in cross-asset derivatives and structured solutions.
• Interest in working with demanding professional clients.
• Client-focused, solution-oriented, proactive, innovative, and results-driven.
• Proven track record in delivering tailored, client-centric cross-asset solutions to sophisticated clients.
• Independent, with a commitment to delivering quality and precise work.
• Strong team player.
