Responsibilities

• After a training, preside a corner and activate SIM and fiber offers for new users using innovative vending machines, providing support to both new and existing customers.
• Engage and communicate all available services to users.
• Activate the offers that best meet users' needs and assist users during every phase of the purchase and post-purchase process.
