Senior Heat Treatment Operator

Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Heat Treatment Operator role at Westinghouse Electric Company.

As a Heat Treatment Operator, you will set up and operate heat treating equipment (Furnace) to complete post-welding thermal treatment and localized thermal treatment. You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. You will work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Furnace or localized equipment Preparation: Prepare furnace or localized thermal treatment equipment for operations and conducts prestart up checks.
• Operate furnace or localized heat treatment equipment to procedure, monitors heating and cooling cycles, adjust and control temperatures and heating times by reading temperature instruments and charts.
• Detect faulty operation of the furnace or localized heat treatment equipment and notify supervisors.
• Disconnect furnace or localized heat treatment equipment and return components to storage locations.
• Move parts or furnace components into position, manually or with hoists or cranes.

Qualifications

• Professional School Diploma
• Minimum 5 years\' experience
