Partner Network Manager

We are looking for a Partner Network Manager with a strong background in marketing to expand, manage, and optimize our ecosystem of strategic partners. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing relationships, co‑developing go‑to‑market strategies, and driving joint marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth. This is a cross‑functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic and channel partners (agencies, resellers, technology partners, etc.)
  • Build and manage a scalable partner ecosystem across priority markets
  • Maintain strong, long‑term partner relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Create partner engagement plans, joint business reviews, and success metrics
  • Develop co‑marketing strategies with partners (campaigns, webinars, events, content)
  • Collaborate with internal marketing to design partner toolkits and sales enablement materials
  • Manage partner communications, newsletters, and updates
  • Track and report performance of joint marketing initiatives
  • Work with leadership to define partner segmentation and growth strategy
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on new market launches and partner solutions
  • Negotiate partner agreements and ensure contractual compliance
  • Analyze data and provide regular reporting on partner performance, pipeline, and ROI

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years' experience in partnership management, business development, or channel marketing
  • Fluency in English, German or Italian (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience executing successful joint marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or digital services environments preferred
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in launching partnerships in new regions or verticals
  • Knowledge of affiliate or referral marketing structures
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
