Job Description:

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading the effective daily operational management of the hotel services. You will supervise and coordinate the Heads of Department to drive efficiency, achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the General Manager to drive the team and daily operations to provide memorable customer experiences and meet targets.
• Addressing customer concerns and fostering a service recovery culture to enhance loyalty.
• Assisting in developing meaningful hotel budgets and strategic goals.
• Providing effective leadership to ensure targets are met or exceeded while maintaining high engagement.
• Planning and coordinating service delivery across departments to meet guest expectations.
• Controlling costs and analyzing results to identify efficiencies.
• Holding regular meetings with the HOD team for guidance and feedback.

Exceed expectations by demonstrating:

• A unique personality and passion for hospitality.
• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Background in Food and Beverage and Room Division Management.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera preferred).
• Strong leadership and inclusive management style.
• Problem-solving skills and proactivity.
• Excellent organizational skills and responsibility.

Languages:

• Italian – fluently
• English – fluently
• Additional languages are a plus.
