Mission del ruolo
Crédit Agricole Italia is looking for commercial figures with a strong relational capacity and a continuous orientation towards new client acquisition, especially in the private segment (Affluent/Upper Affluent).
The Consulente will be responsible for portfolio growth by offering the full range of Group products and services. Aligned with the Bank’s general policies, responsibilities include:
- Ensuring achievement of economic objectives.
- Analyzing client risk profiles using advanced IT support.
- Proposing products in line with investment strategies and the client risk profile.
- Periodically verifying the client’s investment strategy adequacy.
- Pursuing continuous updates on new products and commercial initiatives.
The selected candidate will be able to operate dynamically across the national territory.
Requirements
Education: Diploma of secondary school or higher.
Minimum experience: at least 3 years in a role such as Gestore Premium/ Affluent, Branch Manager with a Premium/ Affluent portfolio, or Consulente Finanziario within a commercial network.

- Excellent knowledge of the territory and reference context.
- High organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong commercial attitude and proactive client development.
