Seeking a Manufacturing Business Development Manager/Senior Sales Manager

The Business Development Manager is an experienced sales professional specializing in the manufacturing sector in the field of software operation and maintenance service for production processes.

This role requires strategic thinking, high-level negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Goal of the position: Drive business growth by leveraging a professional network, identifying client needs, and offering solutions into manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business and attract new clients in the manufacturing sector.
  • Conduct market analysis in the technical sector and other industries to identify optimal solutions for potential clients.
  • Utilize a professional network to strengthen partner relationships and explore new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions in remote support and quality control.
  • Audit current client processes and provide recommendations for optimization and increased efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery and collaborate with the IT department to provide feedback and prompt client support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience in software manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, a well-developed professional network, and confidence in negotiating with company leadership.
  • Experience with comprehensive solutions in training, remote support, and quality control.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose optimal solutions for clients.
  • Professional or native-level proficiency in Italian and English.
