Intro

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible for the North Italy area in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Please note: This will be a contract employment.

Your Job

  • Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  • Onboard new partners and build successful relationships.
  • Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  • Conclude partner business plans and monitor the development of sales partners and distributions.
  • Participate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions.
  • Create forecasts and define measures to achieve targets in Italy.
  • Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing; externally, represent the company as a primary contact.
  • Update CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.

Your Profile

  • Solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or comparable qualification, preferably in IT security or cloud services.
  • At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience dealing with sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a track record of strategic and economic partner development.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to convincingly present and negotiate Hornetsecurity services.
  • Outgoing personality, motivated by success, and passionate about achieving quarterly goals.
  • Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively for Hornetsecurity Group.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
