HR Planning & Organization Manager
The role will specifically involve workforce planning, process optimization, and organizational design. Key responsibilities include managing systems for company-wide performance monitoring and evaluation, overseeing the development and implementation of employee competencies, analyzing HR data and monitoring KPIs, participating in the identification, assessment, development planning, and review of successors for key positions, and updating the HR department’s organizational procedures.
