About this job:

Join NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) team as a Consumer Behaviour & Insights Practice Area Expert, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of understanding Consumer and Shopper Behaviour. Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you'll drive client outcomes, achieve revenue goals, and elevate market presence.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Drive Profitable Revenue Growth:
  • Identify and seize opportunities for expanding our Consumer/Demand and Shopper solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to craft client engagement strategies, including presentations, pitches, and proposals.
  • Lead client pitches and proposals, ensuring project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Enhance Client Relationships:
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning solutions.
    • Provide insights during proposal development to meet client needs.
    • Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs, showcasing solutions' impact.
  • Promote Product Awareness:
    • Articulate the value of products, highlighting their ability to address client challenges.
    • Create and share success stories and case studies.
    • Stay informed about new features to refine product knowledge.
  • Foster Team Collaboration:
    • Participate in global SME communities to share best practices.
    • Promote continuous improvement through insights and solutions.
    • Organize team routines, including bootcamps, workshops, and training.

    Your profile:

    • At least 5 years in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles related to consumer and shopper research.
    • Fluent in German and English.
    • Strong business development skills, with the ability to translate client needs into solutions.
    • Thought leadership in media, with experience in content creation and presenting at events or webinars.
    • Familiar with sales processes and proposal development tools.
