Overview

For over 150 years, our dedication to being the Global Hausbank for our clients has been driven by our people – in around 60 countries and across more than 150 nationalities.

Their deep understanding, insights, expertise, and passion help our clients navigate an increasingly complex world – be it in our Corporate Bank, our Private Bank, our Investment Bank or our Asset Management division.

Together we can make a great impact for our clients home and abroad, securing their lasting success and financial security.

The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) franchise is at the heart of the strategic dialogue with our long-standing global clients. We deliver advisory solutions across public takeovers, defence advisory, mergers and divestitures, dual track IPOs, business portfolio reviews and acquisition searches, competitor strategies and analyses, balance sheet optimisation, dividend policies and corporate governance.

Our team-based culture promotes and rewards individual talents. Our employees have a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds. You will find an extremely dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment which will support you to succeed in the role.
