Your Role

Do you handle situations analytically, think outside the box, and have a strong attitude towards relationships and teamwork, with effective communication skills with different types of stakeholders? If yes, you might be the right person to join as Business Controlling Analyst to strengthen our Finance Team. You will be responsible for verifying, controlling, and preparing accounting analyses to determine the achievement of company objectives and strategies.

What will you do?

• Analyze indicative data of business performance to support management decisions;
• Support the monthly, forecast, and annual budget financial reporting process, in compliance with group rules and executive strategies;
• Assist in preparing periodic reports required by the Central Management Control function within the scheduled times and methods;
• Support reconciliation activities between general accounting and management accounting of the respective department;
• Assist in consolidating key performance indicators, aligning operational data with financial data;
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced accounting departments to ensure reliable accounting data for high-quality internal reports;
• Contribute to the development of new reporting tools and techniques within the Operational Management Control function.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in economic disciplines;
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Controller, preferably within multinational companies in logistics and transportation sectors;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and specific topics related to Management Control;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills;
• Proactivity, dynamism, autonomy, results-oriented, precise, and well-organized;
• Excellent relational and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
