Customer Care Inbound Sector Telephonia-Pomezia

Etjca S.p.a. – Etjca Group S.p.A., Divisione Contact Center & Customer Care – is recruiting for a dedicated Call Center Operator providing telephone assistance in an inbound telephonic context. No sales activity is involved. Immediate availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone assistance for inbound calls.

Offers

• Pre‑contractual in‑person training starting 12/01/2026 for about 10 days, 09:00–15:30. Upon satisfactory completion, contract regularisation will follow.
• Initial fixed‑term contract via agency for one and a half months, with potential for early renewal.
• Contractual level: CCNL Telecomunicazioni II livello (1489,42 € gross per full‑time – to be proportioned to 20 weekly hours).
• Part‑time contract of 20 hours with the possibility of additional paid overtime.
• Working hours: shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00 (working 5 days a week).
• Location: Pomezia – on‑site work. After about 2 months of autonomy, one day per week will be available for smart working.

Requirements

• Availability to work shifts.
• High school diploma.
• Good dialectic skills.
• Disposition for telephone contact.
• Good knowledge of basic computer tools (Excel, Office).
• Strong motivation and results orientation.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Familiarity with inbound and customer care, empathy, flexibility, dynamism, and pro‑activity.
