We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee one or more departments within our store, supervising and developing the sales team, motivating them, and guiding them to achieve daily objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned commercial perimeter comprehensively;
- Act as a liaison between the Store Manager and the sales team, serving as a point of reference for both;
- Support the Store Manager in daily activities, actively contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategy;
- Monitor team performance (KPI and achievement of personal and store goals) and motivate the team to reach results;
- Supervise customer reception to ensure alignment with company guidelines;
- Ensure departmental targets and budgets are met;
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within the department (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns);
- Analyze and animate customer behavior KPIs (entries, average receipt, pieces per receipt);
- Manage stock levels, maintaining proper inventory in line with restocking cycles and merchandising strategies;
- Apply company procedures and policies (regulations, safety procedures, pricing, promotions, communication);
- Train new hires and support their growth and development alongside the Store Manager.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a responsible role within retail, understands key retail KPIs, and has managed budgets, analysis, and daily reports.
Work Schedule:
The candidate must be available to work full-time on shifts, which may be continuous or split across broad hours, including weekends and holidays, with 1 day off, in a flexible rotation.
We offer a direct contract with the company, under the CCNL Commerce, Level 3, permanent employment.
