BRAND EXPERIENCE MANAGER

INNOCEAN is a global marketing and communications agency and is part of the Hyundai Group conglomerate that offers creative marketing solutions to various multinational brands both in Korea and abroad.

We are looking for a BRAND EXPERIENCE MANAGER to join our Fantastic Italy team, in Milan.

He / she will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising the BTL communication activities of the Agency's clients, and should have knowledge of communication dynamics in the automotive market, The ideal candidate comes from communication / event agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all brand activations, including product launches, pop-up shops and trade shows etc.
• Managing tenders and control budgets related to the projects handled.
• On-site supervision of developed activities, including site checks and location scouting.
• Work closely with internal marketing, product, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets, pitch stories, and respond to media inquiries.
• Handle all aspects from concept development to logistics and post-event analysis.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of the creative development and event production processes, such as, for example : Conventions, Press Conferences, Roadshows, Local Events, Sponsorships.
• Ability to integrate BTL projects with Social / Digital activities or other communication channels useful for amplifying the event itself.
• Ability to analyze and report on results (ROI).
• Ability to interact with clients, suppliers, and external agencies involved in the projects.
• Ability to set priorities while respecting given timelines.
• Experience in managing billing processes, in coordination with the Finance team.
• Ability to develop and implement effective PR strategies and campaigns.
• Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analyzing media coverage and public sentiment to identify trends and opportunities.
• Organizational Skills : Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability : Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
