If you enjoy being in the OR, partnering with surgeons, and growing a business through constant customer engagement, this is your stage.

What You’ll Own

  • Become the go-to expert for your product line, trusted by surgeons and hospital staff.
  • Grow the territory through a mix of strategic hunting and thoughtful farming.
  • Build strong customer relationships in an area where local presence genuinely matters.
  • Execute quarterly and annual business plans with full responsibility over your revenue streams.
  • Support surgeons and theatre staff before, during, and after cases when required.
  • Manage contracts, pricing, quotes and demo resources with precision and ownership.
  • Keep our customers up to date on portfolio changes, product innovations and education programs.
  • Represent Stryker at exhibits, trade shows and educational labs.
  • Uphold industry-leading compliance, quality and regulatory standards.

What makes you a strong match

  • Prior experience in MedTech (strongly preferred over pharma)
  • Understanding of OR dynamics and confidence operating in that environment
  • A sales mindset: curious, proactive, persistent
  • Experience in neurosurgical or spine is a strong plus
  • B2 English

Preferred

  • Exposure to CMF, neurosurgical or head & neck procedures
  • Already active in hospital-based environments

Who You Are

  • Commercially hungry, resilient and motivated by challenging territories
  • Comfortable balancing acquisition with customer management
  • Able to build trust quickly — you know how important local presence is here
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage complex stakeholders
  • Positive, pragmatic, and willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • High growth potential — we’re open to strong juniors with the right ceiling

Your background: You come from a medical, scientific, technical or commercial education. You may already have hospital experience, OR exposure or early commercial success. You use MS Office without blinking, you understand compliance, and you think like someone who owns a profit centre.

Why Stryker: You’ll be joining one of the world’s most respected MedTech companies, known for innovation, product leadership, and a culture that rewards performance and integrity. We invest heavily in training — from technical product expertise to structured sales development — so you can accelerate your career while making a real impact on patient outcomes.
