About the Role

As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's upholding CBRE’s RISE values
  • Manage day to day operations of site under supervision of Facilities Manager
  • Manage ticketing for maintenance (preventive and corrective) using SI7
  • Coordinate client performance reviews against output on a monthly basis
  • Provide professional advice to client on FM matters associated with the site(s)
  • Responsible for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures
  • Manage suppliers who support the site(s) and establish contracts and POs
  • Ensure opportunities for additional works are identified and documented for revenue generation for company
  • Strong team player with a passionate customer service focus
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site(s) within remit
  • Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or related field)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operational workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools
  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices
