CRM Specialist

Summary

The new resource will be part of the Knauf Italy Marketing & Product Team and will carry out the following activities:

• Management and optimization of CRM systems with the aim of supporting and developing the CRM culture in the company organization.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Work on improving customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
• Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Train staff on how to use the CRM system and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM.
• Educational background in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e., Sales Force).
• Data analysis, CRM segmentation, data extraction and query capabilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
