JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company offering to customers and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities is essential.

What the role involves :

• Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional teams to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
• Understand customer needs, formulate regional strategies, and build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
• Present Future’s value proposition with value-added solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities.
• Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure supplier initiatives are achieved at each customer site.
• Provide high-quality service by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
• Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.

Do you have :

• Proven sales experience within the electronics distribution sector for at least five years, with a degree in a technical or business field preferred.
• Understanding of technical team integration, demonstrated by achieving design wins.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
