Junior Legal Counsel

We are expanding our legal team in Italy and we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join us in Milan. The Role

As part of the legal team, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of activities, contributing to the company’s business and operational objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including EPC, O&M, SPA, NDA, employment, consulting, procurement, and intra-group agreements, as well as term sheets, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
• Coordinating with external counsel to ensure the effective management and resolution of judicial, arbitration, or administrative proceedings, including providing instructions, reviewing advice, and overseeing the quality and cost-efficiency of external legal services.
• Advising internal departments on legal queries and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Supporting M&A transactions, project financing, post-closing activities, and corporate matters for the corporate group and its managed assets.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, corporate governance standards.
• Carrying out company secretarial duties.
• Collaborating transversally with colleagues across the company to achieve business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Law degree
• 3-4 years’ experience in the energy, regulatory, or commercial department of a top-tier law firm, ideally combined with in-house experience (experience in renewable energy is a plus).
• Fluency in English is essential; German would be an advantage.
