We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. This role requires collaboration, drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with various business sectors to deliver technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. You must be based in Italy and work within the internal TS team.

Job descriptions:

• Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve payment collection and settlement targets.
• Communicate with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions.
• Analyze regional potential customer groups and gather relevant information.
• Research market requirements, product competitiveness, and industry technologies.
• Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
• Support other business needs as required.

Your skills and experience:

• PhD or M.S in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields; experience in high-throughput sequencing preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude, pioneering spirit, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level Italian proficiency.
