As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email with precision and care. You’ll collaborate across departments to resolve issues, provide accurate quotations, and ensure data integrity within CRM systems. While phone work is minimal (less than 10% of your day), your ability to communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person—is essential.
