Machine Operator II - 2nd Shift

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour + $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm to 6 am

This is a full-time position within our manufacturing facility with opportunities for advancement. Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Lift up to 50 lbs., including bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods, in hot or cold temperatures
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively, solve problems, and perform basic math
• Obtain production specifications and relay information across all employee levels
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends (schedule may vary)
• Pass a post-offer background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for proper startup
• Control line speeds, production rates, and equipment operation
• Perform quality checks
• Complete required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company standards
