PwC Operations Delivering Deal Value team supports shareholders and company management in rapidly achieving what is needed to maximize the value of an acquisition or divestment, as well as in identifying and implementing post-deal operational efficiency initiatives. In particular, you will be responsible for :
Critical review and assessment of the actual and potential operations capability, limits and performance. For example, you will assess the production efficiency, quantify the production capacity and related scalability in case of volume growth, critical review of key operational KPIs, quantify the recurring and future investments needed, review the organizational structure and business processes, quantify how some operational actions or events could impact EBITDA and / or CAPEX
