Manufacturing Quality Specialist

Soilmec SpA is looking for a:
MANUFACTURING QUALITY SPECIALIST
The resource will be responsible for managing the quality control activities of the production process, ensuring that raw materials, processes and finished products reach and meet the set standards.
Activities:
* Analyze and supervise the company's production processes to verify compliance with the quality requirements defined by the company and industry regulations
* Plan and execute control activities and inspections on the production process, documenting the different steps performed, with the aim of identifying any critical issues and providing for timely resolution
* Ensure internal quality communications
* Manage any claims reports
* Manage NC reports in outsourced assemblies
* Report any anomalies between technical drawing and product to foster continuous Quality improvement
* Support Engineering and Operations functions in prototyping
* Manage, implement and improve measurement tools
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or technical degree in mechanical, electrical/electronics or industrial area
* Good working knowledge of quality control standards
* Ability to provide guidance to improve process efficiency
* Proven experience in manufacturing and supplier management
* Excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of major software applications
* Good English language skills (at least level B2)
