Overview

An international dental manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial operations in Italy. With a strong brand name and a sales team generating €multimillion, this is a leadership role with responsibility for both driving results and shaping the future structure of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Managers across Italy
• Drive sales growth and accountability within the sales organisation
• Review and strengthen the current commercial structure
• Set clear direction and targets, ensuring consistent execution in the field
• Work cross-functionally with European and Italian leadership to align on strategy and expansion opportunities
• Represent the company at a senior level with customers and within the wider organisation

Qualifications

• Proven commercial leader with sales management experience in the dental industry
• Experience managing field-based teams
• Fluent in English; Italian native or fluent
• Commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
• Based in Italy, with willingness to travel
