Responsibilities

  • As Electronics Hardware R&D Engineer, you will be in charge of the design of electronic control boards applied to thermal comfort products.
  • Develop high quality and high-performance electronic products based on the market request and following internal procedure
  • Define and validate components or alternative p / n
  • Manage design documentation for external suppliers
  • Contribute in the products' value proposition by introducing new technologies or solutions
  • Cooperate with other team member to perform feasibility analysis for new product design and to improve products' performance
  • Project management for time, cost and quality

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Electronic or Automation Engineering
  • Previous experience (1 / 2 years) in the role is preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic circuit design, components and failure analysis
  • Knowledge of simulator tools and EMC
  • Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
  • Problem solving and team working attitude
  • Fluent English

Arcevia (AN), with 2 days of smart working / week
