Job Opportunity: Buyer (Acquisti su Disegno)
Grafton Office, a specialization of Gi Group dedicated to enhancing candidates' experiences, skills, and potential in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Purchasing, and Office Management, is seeking a qualified candidate for a leading company in chemical plant design and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the submission of requests for quotations for internally designed components.
- Oversee the receipt of offers.
- Define order conditions and manage commercial negotiations.
- Issue RDA (Request for Purchase Authorization).
- Manage relationships with local workshops.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in technical or economic fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement cycle management of components and materials.
- Basic knowledge of workflow/process flows.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawing.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
Work Details
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible start time between 8:00 and 10:00, including a 30-minute or 1-hour break. Internal canteen available. Smart working three days a week.
Contract Offer
- Fixed-term contract for 1 year.
- Reference CCNL: Metalmeccanici Industria.
- Salary and classification based on experience.
