Assistant Housekeeping Manager (M / F)

Main responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping manager in coordinating daily operations.
• Ensure the respect of the operational procedures, quality standards and guest satisfaction and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Assist with training and hiring of new team members.
• Oversee the management of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support daily operations
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and maintain a seamless operation.
• Deputise for the housekeeping manager as needed
