Specifically, when you join the Customer and Operations team in Rome, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their digital transformation process. You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Governance of the business process mapping and re‑engineering project
- Organisational analysis and design
- Project and change management

- A master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Energy Engineering
- Passion and a strong desire to transform and impact our clients’ experience
- An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
