IT Transformation Specialist

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of IT and operations, driving transformation in a highly regulated industry.

We are seeking an expert in industrial IT with strong expertise in MES or LIMS to join our Corporate IT Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in industrial IT, ideally in pharma or biotech, with hands-on knowledge of MES or LIMS platforms.

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of digital solutions to optimize production processes, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.

This role requires fluency in English and availability for international travel. We offer a dynamic work environment based near Turin with smart working flexibility.

• Partner closely with industrial and manufacturing functions to align IT systems with business strategy
