Department : Business Development / Commercial

Reporting to : Chief Commercial Officer.

Job Location : Milan (Italy)

Education

Degree : Technical degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or other)

Work Experience : 3 / 4 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Professional Skills

• Experience in pharma industry (with preference in injectable field) or Medical Device or Food Supplement industry;
• Project management of multifunctional projects;
• Business Development;
• Management of international customer;
• Technical background is preferrable.

Responsibilities

• Project management:
  • Project Management for CDMO projects (Technology Transfer and new Development) being single point of contact with customers for all projects aspects;
  • Coordinate internally project activities being PM of multidisciplinary teams, setting up and leading projects meetings and issuing Project Plans;
  • Monitor constantly respect of timelines and costs;
  • Provide regular updates to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Management on projects status;
  • Support Finance for projects cost controlling;
  • Coordinate external activities (i.e. laboratories activities) connected with Projects’ execution;
• Business Development:
  • Management of new customers until product launch (included);
  • Support CCO in new projects technical evaluation;
  • Preparation of Technology Transfer and Commercial Proposals;
  • Represent the companies in international exhibitions and congresses;
  • Support CCO in scouting of new customers and business opportunities;
  • Support CCO in budget proposal for new projects and products.
  • Coordinate activities to support commercial launch of New Products;

Compensation Package : Ccnl Chemical Pharmaceutical sector. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience in the role.
