Our Medical Affairs team in Italy is growing, and we are seeking a

Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Italy

As our first MSL, reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs Italy, you will be crucial in establishing and nurturing relationships with key medical experts. You’ll collaborate closely with KOLs, physicians, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to lead scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and deliver educational programs and training. Your scientific expertise will be vital in enhancing team capabilities and customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs.
• Leading scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, addressing inquiries, sharing literature, and increasing product awareness.
• Gathering medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics.
• Developing and delivering comprehensive product education and scientific information.
• Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in identifying and engaging influential experts.
• Supporting trials, ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.

This highly collaborative role involves working within a cross-functional local team in Italy and the global Medical Affairs team. As an early team member, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our journey towards becoming a global leader in regenerative solutions.

What you bring to this role:

• Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science.
• Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes.
• Ability to operate compliantly in a field-based role, collaborating effectively within medical and commercial teams.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication skills in both.
• Experience in aesthetics or dermatology is highly beneficial.

This is a field-based role requiring willingness to travel nationally up to 75%, including participation in international meetings, congresses, and team events, some on weekends.
