We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients with technical issues. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
You will work closely with our client service managers and their teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Your strong analytical skills and ability to think critically will enable you to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Experience in managing VMware virtualized systems and familiarity with LAN networks (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall, switch, router, access point) is also highly desirable.
Additionally, you will need to possess excellent knowledge of English (B2 level or higher), as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
