For our Outlet Store in Agira, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader. Reporting to the Store Management, this role involves leading and coaching the sales team, building client relationships, and proactively achieving sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience to meet store objectives monthly.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to craft unique client experiences that drive objectives
  • Achieve commercial targets through effective team organization and product management
  • Enhance performance via product knowledge, sales analysis, stock management, and visual presentation
  • Lead a high-performing, client-focused team
  • Coach and give feedback to ensure top-tier customer service
  • Drive digital initiatives and utilize digital tools for communication
  • Empower and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Build and maintain a client database to increase traffic and engagement
  • Foster growth, inclusion, and a positive team environment
  • Support the Store Manager in executing store strategies for optimal sales
  • Contribute to business plans to boost sales across categories and client segments
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the floor, nurturing client relationships through CRM
  • Ensure store standards in clienteling, display, merchandise, and cleanliness
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, fostering a passionate and forward-thinking team

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within fashion/luxury retail
  • Experience in team training, empowerment, and motivation
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, email)
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in fashion, especially denim

Language proficiency: Italian and English mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
