We are strengthening our Cyber Security team and are looking for passionate professionals dedicated to innovation and financial services.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols.
• Be familiar with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Balance security measures with user experience.
• Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software.
• Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features.
• Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Financial Services clients by advising and delivering best-in-class security solutions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and plans in a timely manner.
• Create or utilize metrics to evaluate the efficiency of the product's security measures.
• Develop consumer intelligence through external and internal data sources to enhance understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers.
• Adopt or develop research tools and methods to support product marketing and management intelligence.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required :

• Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Passion for innovation and financial services.
• Preferred 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, teamwork aptitude, and strong customer orientation.
